Boo’s music explores the euphoric, pulsating, and cathartic space between experimental and dance music. Rolling Stone called her a “dance music powerhouse” building her own world, while her cult party series, record label, and community Ghetec has gained a devoted following across the North and London. In 2025, Ghetec hosted four sold-out shows, including after-parties for Jadu Heart in Manchester and Mura Masa’s Roundhouse show—parties Mura Masa himself called “infamous” in The Face magazine. The collective recently completed its second Boiler Room and was awarded a residency on Foundation FM. Her “trance-inducing after-hours summer club anthem” Hyper Feminine won BBC Radio 1’s talent search, leading to slots at Radio 1 Dance in Ibiza and BBC Big Weekend Liverpool. She went b2b with Mura Masa on his Local tour and was invited to play b2b with HAAi for her UNiSON party at The Cause. Jack Saunders made her his Next Wave future artist. In 2025, Boo was selected as a Tees Valley Artist of The Year, securing substantial investment into her craft to focus on developing her live show, bringing her voice to the forefront. She’s set to release her second EP in September 2026, with singles rolling out from April.
