Meg Savage is Executive Director of This Is Creative Enterprise (TICE) and a music industry content creator, working across creative education, artist development and digital storytelling.

At TICE, Meg leads programmes, partnerships and creative projects that connect young people with the creative industries, bringing education and industry together to create meaningful routes into the sector.

Alongside this, she works across the music industry, specialising in content creation and digital strategy for artists and organisations. Combining photography, film and social storytelling, her work spans emerging independent artists through to signed artists at major labels.

Having first encountered TICE as a student at 13, Meg now brings her own industry experience full circle, championing Northern talent and helping shape a creative sector that feels more accessible, connected and sustainable for the next generation.
